Inbound telemetry: syslog, SNMP traps, and webhooks — deduplicated,
linked to assets by sender IP. Enable listeners with
SC_EVENTS_LISTENERS=1 (syslog :5514, traps :5162 by
default, loopback-bound). Critical/high events on known assets can
auto-open incidents (SC_EVENTS_AUTO_INCIDENT=1).
